This Privacy Policy explains what information the Domino 101 AZ mobile game (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

The App is developed and operated by Azbak Games. For any privacy question contact us at AzbakGamesSupport@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Device account identifier. The App reads the identifier your device gives to this app (on Android, the Android ID) and sends it to our server, which turns it into your account number with a one-way hash; the identifier itself is not stored. This lets you play without registering, signing in, or giving us your email.
• Display name. The nickname you choose is stored so other players can see it at the table. Please do not use your real full name.
• Gameplay data. Virtual coin balance, matches played, and results, kept on our servers to run the game.
• Player reports. If you report another player, we store the report (your account identifier, the reported nickname, and the reason) for moderation.
• Analytics & crash data. Usage events and crash diagnostics linked to a random app-installation identifier, not to your name or game account (see Section 4).
• Advertising identifier. For ads, our partners may use your device advertising ID (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) — only where you have given consent (see Section 5).
• Purchase data. When you buy coins, the store (Google Play or Apple) processes the payment and gives us a receipt to confirm the purchase. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Support requests. If you write to us from the App, your email app opens with your message and, so we can help, your nickname, account number, app version, device model and language. You see all of it before sending.

Inside the App we do not collect your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. Data you type into the forms on this website is covered separately in Section 7.

3. How we use information

• To run the game: matchmaking, keeping your balance, showing your name at the table.
• To keep the game fair and safe: handling reports and preventing abuse.
• To improve the game: understanding which features are used and fixing crashes.
• To show ads and process purchases.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes. This data is tied to a random identifier of your app installation and does not include your name, contact details or game account. Deleting your account in the App also resets the analytics identifier on your device. See Firebase’s privacy information.

5. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to show ads (including rewarded ads you can watch for coins). Google may use your device advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Where required by law (e.g. the EU/EEA and UK), Google's consent dialog asks whether you allow personalised advertising; on iOS the system also asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalised ones. You can change your choice at any time in the App: Settings → Privacy and data → Ad privacy settings (shown where the consent dialog applies). 6. Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive only a purchase receipt to credit your coins; we do not see or store your payment method. We keep a record of each purchase (order number, product, date) to credit coins and to handle disputes with the store.

7. This website

Two forms on domino101.az collect data directly: the launch-notification form stores your email address so we can tell you when the game is released, and the partnership form stores the name, company, email and message you send us so we can reply. Both require your explicit consent before submitting.

We use this data for nothing else: no advertising, no profiling, and we do not pass it to third parties. To be removed from the notification list or to have an enquiry deleted, write to AzbakGamesSupport@gmail.com — we remove it within 30 days. The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies; your chosen language is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

8. Legal bases (EU/EEA/UK users)

• Performance of a contract — running the game you asked to play.
• Legitimate interests — security, moderation, and basic analytics.
• Consent — personalised advertising and use of the advertising identifier.

9. Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make the App work: Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play) and Apple (App Store). We do not sell your personal data.

10. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account exists. When you delete your account it is erased immediately; purchase records stay, without any link to you, for accounting and so the same purchase cannot be credited twice. Analytics and crash data are retained according to the providers’ standard periods.

11. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact AzbakGamesSupport@gmail.com. You can change your advertising consent in the App at any time: Settings → Privacy and data → Ad privacy settings.

12. Deleting your data

In the App: Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account. Your account and game data are erased immediately, both on our server and on your device. If you no longer have the App, follow the steps at domino101.az/data-deletion or email us — we delete your data within 30 days.

13. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age required in your country, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

14. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured servers. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the App.
