Delete your data

You can delete your account and all data associated with it at any time.

In the App — immediately

  1. Open Settings and tap Privacy and data at the bottom.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete forever.

Your account is erased from our server and from your device right away.

Without the App — by email

  1. Email AzbakGamesSupport@gmail.com from any address, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us your nickname (the name shown at the table) so we can find your account.

We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account, nickname, virtual coin balance (purchased coins included), statistics, your place in match history, and any reports you filed.

What is kept

Purchase records (order number, product, date), without any link to you — for accounting and so the same purchase cannot be credited twice. Matches stay in the history of the other players who played them, with your seat left anonymous.
